Job Responsibilities
  1. Be the Voice of Success: Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills that engage and inspire.
  2. Daily Client Prospecting: Generate new clients daily from various lead sources.
  3. Respond Rapidly: Handle all inbound leads from internet sources, sign calls, and more.
  4. Coordinate Key Appointments: Schedule appointments for listing and buyer specialists.
  5. Master Lead Management: Effectively input, organize, and manage client and lead databases.
  6. Follow Up & Seal the Deal: Nurture leads until appointments are set.
  7. Achieve Sales Quotas: Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Make Sales Calls: Make a set number of calls per hour to maximize opportunities.
  9. Exceed Targets: Consistently reach or surpass sales goals with high performance.
  10. Connect Confidently: Make calls confidently throughout the day.
  11. Stay Motivated: Set and pursue ambitious goals.
  12. Problem Solver: Bring a friendly, solution-oriented attitude daily.

The Profile

Background & Qualifications: MUST HAVE!

  • At least 4 years of experience as an Inside Sales Agent in real estate or a related sales field.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Contribute positively to a high-performance, supportive team culture.
  • Open to feedback and committed to continuous growth.
  • Strong work ethic with a drive to succeed personally and as a team.
  • Willing to work on weekends.
