• Minimum Education: Associate's Degree or Trade School
• Minimum Job-Specific Experience: 3-5 years
• Management Experience: 1-2 years
• Driver’s License Required: Yes
• Other Certifications: Tire Industry Association CTS certification, vendor-provided training

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSA’s):

• Job-Specific KSA’s: Tire industry knowledge, business management principles, customer service principles, mathematics, sales and marketing strategies.
• Tools & Technology KSA’s: Proficiency with computers and software (AS400, MS Office), typing at 55 wpm, calculator skills, phone system operation.
• Cognitive KSA’s: Critical thinking, problem sensitivity, deductive and inductive reasoning, persuasion, service orientation.
• Communication KSA’s: Knowledge of English language, active listening, effective writing and speaking skills.
