This role works under the guidance of more senior professional colleagues. The Intern / Apprentice assists with tasks relevant to the specific area or function. This position allows the incumbent the opportunity to develop capability in his/her area of study.

What you'll be doing

NTT DATA is looking for a high-performing Inside Client Manager DC/Cloud Intern/Apprentice to join our Global Accounts team.

Challenge: Support the business development of NTT DATA's Employee Experience and Agentic-AI offerings in the large accounts sector of NTT Data France.

Under the responsibility of a Sales Specialist, you will assist in the business development of the Collaboration BU at NTT DATA with our prospects and clients in Global Accounts. You will contribute to the entire sales cycle regarding complex deals and engage with C-Level stakeholders.

You will learn our sales methods and support the Account Managers and Sales Specialist in the business development of their accounts.

Opportunities for advancement to a Sales Specialist or Account Manager position following this apprenticeship.

Your missions in this role:

  • Establish new business relationships with influential contacts within targeted accounts through discovery appointments, email campaigns, trade shows, or Unified Communications events.
  • Evangelize to our clients to accelerate the adoption of Microsoft Teams solutions among subsidiaries that have not yet adopted this service. Conduct independent prospecting and facilitate discovery phases in collaboration with pre-sales teams.
  • Identify the business teams of our clients to promote NTT DATA's capabilities around Cloud and Datacenter offerings.
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline in our CRM by identifying qualified opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely internally with Account Managers, Pre-Sales, Project Managers, legal teams, Finance, and externally with our broad ecosystem of partners (Microsoft, Cisco, etc.).
  • Contribute to the drafting and presentation of commercial proposals and contracts during RFPs or direct consultations.
  • Ensure regular follow-up of the relationship with our Clients and Prospects.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you ideally have:

  • Experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or cold calling.
  • The ability to understand and clearly explain complex issues.
  • A creative, client-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication skills (written, oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills (rigor, ability to multitask, priority management, etc.).
  • A general understanding of IT, with a real appetite for the digital world and data hosting.

Your profile:

  • You are looking for an apprenticeship for your final year to validate your Master’s degree.
  • You have an interest in technological monitoring, particularly in Cloud or Datacenter, and we can offer you a variety of training in these areas.
  • You are enthusiastic, dynamic, and tenacious.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal skills and good speaking abilities.
  • You understand and can communicate in English.
  • Ideally, you have already had experience in IT within an ESN (Digital Services Company) in software sales or integration project and an interest in the financial sector.
