Estée Lauder Companies in Paris invites a Project Management Intern to support innovation programs across the pipeline. You will coordinate across internal and external stakeholders, track progress, assist in reporting, and help improve processes.

The role offers hands-on exposure to product and project management within a leading beauty group. Ideal candidates are Master’s students with strong organizational skills, fluent English, and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Master's student in business, engineering, innovation or related field.
• Fluent in English is mandatory; French is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain innovation pipeline tracking according to processes and CRM tools.
• Monitor and follow up on project deliverables within the team.
• Coordinate key team meetings, including agenda, minutes and actions.
• Support POs and NDA coordination in daily operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency.
• Contribute to open innovation scouting and events calendar.
• Support development and dissemination of Innovation Newsletter/reports.
• Drive development of project management tools within the team.
