EQIOM, a CRH Company, is seeking a seasoned leader to head an R&D and innovation program from ideation through industrial launch. Based in Lille, you will align with strategic priorities and coordinate cross‑functional teams across R&D, engineering, production, finance, marketing, and procurement to deliver low‑carbon cementitious solutions.

You hold a Master’s degree in materials science or chemical/process engineering (MBA or advanced degree preferred), about 10 years in innovation roles with

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field of materials science or engineering.
• 10 years of experience with 5+ years in program and innovation management.
• Experience in construction materials or low-carbon technologies.
• Fluent in French and English (C1 minimum).

Responsabilités

• Lead a strategic innovation program with milestones, budgets and scope.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across R&D, engineering, production, finance, marketing, and procurement.
• Oversee technical feasibility studies, lab testing and industrial validation.
• Develop and maintain techno‑economic models and business cases.
• Implement dashboards, KPIs and leadership reporting.
• Coordinate capex project execution and market introduction of new solutions.
• Identify, assess and mitigate technical, commercial and financial risks.
