Holcim is seeking a Communications Specialist, Innovation, at our Innovation Center in Saint-Quentin-Fallavier to translate complex R&D breakthroughs into compelling stories for global audiences. You will lead multi-channel content, manage the Innovation intranet and showroom, and partner with researchers to highlight breakthrough projects while engaging internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related.
Native or bilingual English; French is a plus given the location.
3–5 years of communications experience in a multinational or industrial setting.
Experience in multi‑channel content production (digital, print, video).
Experience translating technical topics into accessible content.

Responsabilités

Write and edit popular science articles to showcase lab work across global platforms.
Advise researchers in crafting narratives for non-technical audiences.
Manage the Innovation intranet and produce AV content with external agencies.
Own the weekly Innovation newsletter from curation to distribution.
Support the Innovation Hub showroom visits and events.
Identify high-impact Innovation Center stories for global channels.
Lead digital and social media presence and external agencies.
Monitor impact via audits and KPIs.
