CONTINENTAL INDUSTRIE recherche un(e) Ingénieur(e) en automatisme et informatique industrielle pour optimiser la production dans un environnement hautement automatisé. Le candidat prendra en charge la fiabilité des installations, la gestion d'une flotte de machines et devra faire preuve de compétences en programmation et en gestion de projets. Un diplôme en automatisme et au moins cinq ans d'expérience sont requis, ainsi qu'une maîtrise de l'anglais.

In a highly automated environment, you will be responsible for the efficiency of production equipment in a sector.

• You will optimize, ensure reliability, maintain, and troubleshoot installations.
• You will manage the IPC machine fleet and oversee cybersecurity in the sector.
• You will lead automation projects within the sector.
• You will ensure the proper functioning of tools within the "Manufacturing Suite" (production management applications).
• You will participate in weekend on-call duties as per a defined schedule to intervene across the site.

Automation Skills

• Programming PLCs and supervision systems (Siemens S5, S7, TIA, WinCC, Protool, Beckhoff TC2, TC3).
• HMI, WinCC, Iconics.
• Variable frequency drives: Siemens (Masterdrive, Sinamics) and SEW (Movidrive, Movimot, Movigear).
• Fieldbus protocols: Profibus, Interbus, Profinet, EtherCAT.
• OPC server and client.
• Fault diagnosis.

Industrial IT Skills

• IPC management (retrofit planning and maintenance).
• Backup tools (Acronis).
• IT asset management tools (Landesk).
• Security tools for shopfloor IT (Integrity Control, CrowdStrike).
