About the Role

As part of a service contract for a major client, you will serve as a technical operator within a dedicated Cisco Webex video conferencing service center at the client's site in Nantes.

You will be responsible for remote operation of conference rooms and specific Cloud video conferencing infrastructures.

Your team will consist of Level 2 technicians and Level 3 experts.

You will be called upon to intervene and resolve complex technical issues.

You and your team will work closely with client teams and experts.

About You

The nature of activities may require flexible hours (shift work, overtime) and participation in on-call duties outside regular hours. You will need to intervene at various client sites, and occasional travel within the region or abroad may be required.

1. Environment

• Processes and tools: ITIL V4, reporting activities (Cotech, CoPil), supervision tools (Zabbix, Grafana, others)
• Languages: French and English
• Awareness of RUN processes
• Automation / API
• Resource management and monitoring

Technologies include POLY / CISCO / MTR POLY LENS, Webex solutions, and Smart Building Sharing Cloud platforms.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduated from an engineering school or hold a third-cycle degree (specializing in telecommunications, networks)
• At least 3 years of professional experience
• Technical experience at Level 2
• Experience with audiovisual equipment and video conferencing systems
• Excellent interpersonal skills, dynamism, and a strong customer focus
• Team spirit, leadership capabilities, and autonomy
• Mandatory certifications: ITIL V4 Foundation
