You will join the CAS division (Cardiac Ablation Solutions), composed of 35 members including Scientific and Technical Managers, Technical Sales Engineers, Product Managers, and Technical Consultants/Support Experts.

This position involves selling the full CAS range, including Cryo, Pulse Select, and Affera.

We are looking for a candidate in the vacant sector of Western Paris and Normandy (Rouen, Caen, and surrounding areas).

The responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  1. Promoting and selling products and services within an assigned geographic area and specific client accounts, aiming to meet or exceed sales objectives.
  2. Developing and accelerating the innovative electroporation technology by maximizing the value of our new product portfolio (Pulse Select + Affera).
  3. Building and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders, including distributors and healthcare professionals.
  4. Optimizing and developing partnerships within CAS / cross-Operating Units.
  5. Following up on prospects, assessing needs, and providing product services to maximize the benefits of Medtronic products and services.
  6. Educating clients about our products and services.
  7. Conducting market research, including activities related to clients and competitors.
  8. Implementing market plans and development strategies, adjusting as needed.
  9. Communicating customer feedback on new or modified products to internal stakeholders such as R&D, Operations, and Marketing.
Required Knowledge and Experience
  • Higher education in science (engineering, biology, pharmacy, etc.) or business.
  • Sensitivity to innovation, curiosity, and interest in high-tech products.
  • Successful sales experience demonstrating negotiation skills and commercial assertiveness.
  • Results-oriented, persistent, and committed.
  • Reactivity, organization, rigor, and autonomy.
  • Ability to interact with and lead projects with sector KOLs.
  • This is a mobile role requiring travel (1-2 nights hotel stay per week minimum), with a valid driver’s license.
  • Operational proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Basic proficiency with IT tools (Microsoft Office, Salesforce, etc.).
