• Expérience en gestion de projet et connaissance des exigences qualité requises.
• BAC + 5 ou équivalent et anglais courant sont nécessaires.

Responsabilités

• Assurer la gestion des changements et le suivi des projets de leur initiation à leur clôture.
• Garantir la conformité du système qualité aux exigences réglementaires.

Responsibilities

Les responsabilités peuvent inclure les activités suivantes et d'autres activités peuvent être assignées

• Garantir la maîtrise des modifications/ changements sur les produits ou les procédés de fabrication
• Gestion des changements (Change Control):
• Evaluer les impacts liés aux changements
• Définir les actions à mener
• Revoir les livrables aux différentes étapes du Change Control
• Suivre l'avancement du Change Control et reporter son statut et/ou les alertes à la hiérarchie
• Garantir l'application du processus Change Control
• Gestion des changements en mode projet
• En tant que chef de projet, assurer le bon déroulement du projet de son initiation jusqu'à sa clôture par la définition du planning, des ressources nécessaires et le suivi des activités de l'équipe projet. Rendre compte à la hiérarchie de l'avancement du projet.
• En tant que membre d'équipe projet, représenter la qualité dans l'équipe et mener les activités correspondantes en conformité avec le système qualité.
• Assurer la conformité du système qualité aux exigences réglementaires et normes applicables
• Participer aux audits portant sur les changes control et plus généralement sur le système de management de la qualité.

Connaissances et expériences requises

• BAC + 5 ou équivalent
• Anglais courant
• Connaissance des exigences qualité des industries de santé
• Expérience en gestion de projet
