JOB DESCRIPTION

Your team:

Within the engineering division of Technip Energies' Paris office, you will be attached to the Offshore Structure Department. With 60 years of experience in energy project design, the division is composed of 600 people representing all disciplines present on our installations (>20). Driven by the inclusion values of the TEN group, the division relies on the diversity of its members to progress. This means that this position is open to all and your application will be specifically reviewed.

Your playing field:

Within a multicultural task force attached to your discipline, you will participate in the engineering and design of projects carried out by TEN France for the various BLs of the group, decarbonized solutions (CO2 capture, H2, Wind), LNG or biofuels. On these projects, often exported, you will interface with teams from other disciplines within TEN (project management, procurement, construction) as well as our predominantly international partners (client, seller, value engineering partner...).

Your daily tasks:

  • Designing all types of structures for our projects (jacket, hull, deck, modules, torches, wind floaters, etc.).
  • Performing overall calculations of metal structures.
  • Designing and creating connection details.
  • Verifying and approving plans before issuance.
  • Participating in the development of quantity schedules.
  • Participating in the continuous improvement of our standards and methods.
  • Upholding our values of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment.

The added bonus of the position:
  • Participating in missions on construction sites and offshore operations.
  • Strong involvement in energy transition projects.

Your strengths for success:

You are the ideal candidate if you have an engineering degree with a specialization in civil or marine engineering or an equivalent university degree. You enjoy working in multicultural teams and have qualities of flexibility and open-mindedness. Your ability to synthesize information, your dynamism, and a good level of English will be key to quickly integrating and performing in our teams.

Your perspectives:

Your career progression at TEN could lead to team management or technical specialization and expertise. Technip Energies promotes internal mobility, intra-group (expatriation or local contract internationally), and evolution towards other cross-functional departments is possible.

Our Benefits:

Benefits: Participation/interest bonus, 100% transport card, Works Council.

This position is accessible for teleworking 2 days a week: Technip Energies preserves the balance between professional and private life.

Three career interviews per year: Mid-Year Review, professional interview, and annual interview.

Based in the Origine building, certified by several environmental labels (The 100 iconic sustainable building in the world), two restaurants, cafeteria, gym, coworking...
