Post Title and Overview:

- Analyse accidents and incidents (employees and clients) to identify root causes and implement appropriate action plans.

- Implement the company's EH&S policy by helping to identify risks and develop preventive actions to meet EH&S objectives.

- Provide expertise on projects aimed at improving the company's EH&S performance.

- Ensure the regional DUER (Risk Assessment Document) compliance.

Responsibilities within the operational scope:

- Deploy, monitor, and animate the regional PEHS (Prevention, Environment, Health & Safety) program.

- Lead the regional CSSCT (Health, Safety, and Working Conditions Committee).

- Conduct site audits and management reviews.

- Support external certifications related to nuclear industry interventions and chemical industries, as well as ISO standards.

- Analyze accidents, audits, regulations, and internal requirements to establish action plans.

- Train site managers on safety procedures.

- Contribute to drafting support documents, operational modes, and procedures.

- Monitor safety and regulatory training for personnel.

Qualifications for success:

- Master's degree (Bac +5) in Engineering, Quality, or QHSE, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in service or construction sectors.

- Ability to adapt to different stakeholders and support change management.

- Willingness to travel frequently within the region.

- Proven experience in managing social partners.
