Role: Our client seeks to integrate a Network Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage campus LAN/WiFi infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
• Design, deploy, and maintain LAN/WiFi networks to meet performance and reliability standards.
• Monitor and optimize network performance for seamless user connectivity.
• Implement and support network solutions for effective communication and collaboration.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging LAN/WiFi technologies.
• Lead evaluation, implementation, and integration of new LAN/WiFi technologies.
• Collaborate with teams to design and deploy network solutions aligned with business goals.
• Implement tools for real-time visibility into network performance.
• Analyze data to identify improvements and optimize performance.
• Address network issues proactively to maintain performance.
• Work with security teams to implement robust security measures.
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulations, conducting regular audits.
• Follow up on action plans, coordinate crisis/escalation meetings, and validate operation plans.
• Manage the lifecycle of LAN/WiFi infrastructure and solutions.

Technical Environment: Cisco Meraki LAN/WiFi, Icinga, Grafana, Kibana, Checkpoint, Fortinet, Zscaler ZIA/ZPAA, Ansible, Terraform, GitLab, Jenkins, EfficientIp.
