We are seeking an International Warehouse and Transport Quality Engineer (F/H/D) to support quality activities at the Saint Vulbas International Distribution Center (IDC), reporting to the IDC Quality Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Support quality activities at the International Storage and Distribution Center (IDC) and the Global Supply Chain quality department.
  • Serve as the process quality referent for the site, ensuring operational follow-up through daily meetings, documentation maintenance, quality walks, updating Process Risk Analyses, product returns, and training new staff.
  • Act as a key player in monitoring the cold chain for bioMérieux products, participating in:
    • Defining transport specifications in collaboration with manufacturing sites,
    • Releasing products after analyzing temperature data to identify TTOR (Time and Temperature Out of Range) issues in collaboration with manufacturing sites, logistics subcontractors, subsidiaries, and distributors.
  • Manage quality events at the distribution center, including CAPA, changes, investigations, non-conformities, and deviations.
  • Support supplier quality activities in collaboration with our logistics subcontractor, including performance monitoring, business reviews, annual supplier ratings, and operational activities.
  • Be the quality referent for equipment and spare parts, managing related issues with our logistics subcontractor and production sites.
  • Participate in site projects as a quality representative, working with the logistics subcontractor and the Global Supply Chain.
  • Handle investigations following logistics complaints from external and internal customers.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

  • Master's degree or engineering qualification, with at least 4 years of proven experience in quality management.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards in the pharmaceutical, diagnostics, and/or medical devices sector is a plus.
  • Strong synthesis skills, rigor, organizational capacity, and meeting facilitation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally at an international level with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluent in English (ability to lead meetings with various interfaces such as subsidiaries, distributors, US or EU sites).
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Trackwise Digital, SAP, Livelink is advantageous.
  • Based in Saint Vulbas (01), holding a B driving license and having access to a vehicle; occasional travel to Craponne is expected.
