Une entreprise d'ingénierie spécialisée en Île-de-France recherche un Ingénieur Planification pour des projets ferroviaires. Le candidat idéal aura au moins 8 ans d'expérience, avec une maîtrise de Primavera P6 et une bonne connaissance de l'anglais. Nous recherchons un Ingénieur Planification pour intervenir dès la phase Appel d’Offres (AO) sur de grands projets nationaux et internationaux dans le domaine du rail et des infrastructures de transport, basé en Île-de-France.

VOS MISSIONS

• Élaborer un planning conforme à la stratégie d'exécution retenue pour l’AO
• Planifier afin d’atténuer les risques et d’optimiser les coûts proposés
• Définir et optimiser les ressources nécessaires (ingénierie, travaux, matériel roulant, sous-traitants)
• Mettre en place et gérer les structures de découpage du projet (WBS, CBS, OBS)
• Consolider les plannings internes et ceux des partenaires dans le cadre de l’appel d’offres
• Identifier les points critiques et proposer des scénarios de phasage pour maximiser la compétitivité de l’offre
• Participer au processus de validation du planning auprès du client et des autorités ferroviaires
• Sensibiliser les membres de l'équipe AO aux contraintes de délais, aux chemins critiques et aux jalons stratégiques

VOTRE EXPÉRIENCE

• Expérience significative dans la planification de projets ferroviaires ou d’infrastructures de transport (lignes nouvelles, modernisation de réseaux, signalisation, électrification, gares, matériel roulant)
• Expérience sur des projets internationaux ou multi-acteurs (maîtres d’ouvrage, exploitants, autorités de régulation)
• Expérience démontrée sur des projets en phase AO

VOTRE PROFIL

• Diplôme d’ingénieur ou équivalent
• Minimum 8 ans d’expérience en tant qu’ingénieur planification
• Maîtrise des outils de planification : Primavera P6 indispensable, MS Project
• Connaissance de TILOS est un plus
• Maîtrise de l’anglais (écrit et oral)

We are looking for a Planning Engineer to contribute from the very beginning of the Tender (Bid) phase on major national and international projects in the field of rail and transport infrastructure, based in the Paris region.

YOUR MISSIONS

• Develop a schedule aligned with the execution strategy defined for the tender
• Plan activities to mitigate risks and optimize proposed costs
• Define and optimize the necessary resources (engineering, works, rolling stock, subcontractors)
• Set up and manage project breakdown structures (WBS, CBS, OBS)
• Consolidate schedules from internal teams and partners as part of the tender process
• Identify critical points and propose phasing scenarios to maximize the competitiveness of the bid
• Contribute to the schedule validation process with the client and rail authorities
• Raise awareness among the tender team regarding deadlines, critical paths, and key milestones

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• Significant experience in planning rail or transport infrastructure projects (new lines, network modernization, signaling, electrification, stations, rolling stock)
• Experience in international or multi-stakeholder projects (owners, operators, regulatory authorities)
• Demonstrated experience on projects during the tender/bid phase

YOUR PROFILE

• Engineering degree or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Planning Engineer
• Proficiency in scheduling tools: Primavera P6 essential, MS Project
• Knowledge of TILOS is a strong asset
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
