Duties:

• Implement all maintenance tools and processes to achieve optimum availability of the site's industrial facilities.
• Contribute to the improvement of the production tool and the efficiency of the maintenance department.
• Participate in the roll-out of the site's digitalization policy by processing maintenance data.
• Develop the maintenance team's skills in problem analysis and resolution.
• Ensure upward and downward communication with the maintenance team and line management.

Qualification and Experience:

• Engineering degree in industrial maintenance or equivalent diploma/experience.
• 8 to 10 years' experience in industrial maintenance, ideally
