Profil Search, a recruitment agency (CDD-CDI), is hiring for one of its clients a INGENIEUR ETUDES DE PRIX TCE (F/H).

Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of the Department Head, you work on TCE studies.
• Analyze the DCE documents, synthesize risks and opportunities of the project, and define the necessary means for each post, including human resources and materials.
• Collaborate closely with the Operational Technical Management to suggest and propose solutions, variants, and optimizations in methods, structure, fluids, thermal, environmental aspects, etc.
• Manage external study offices (measurements, fluids, etc.) and consult subcontracting partners to accurately define the project's construction costs.
• Present your study during technical and management review meetings and prepare the Technical Report.
• Participate actively in negotiations and transfer information to the construction team as needed.
• Estimate costs and be proactive in project proposals, capable of making optimal choices in materials, equipment, and technical variants.

This position is based in RUEIL MALMAISON (92) and is a CDI. The gross annual salary ranges between €40,000 and €50,000, to be determined based on your education and experience.

Candidate Profile

Higher education with a BAC +5 in engineering or equivalent, with at least 4 years of successful experience in a similar role within a General Contractor in cost estimation studies.
