As an Administration and Operations Manager at Zuma, every detail matters. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and flawless execution behind the scenes. With your leadership and organizational skills, you’ll empower the team to deliver the extraordinary Zuma experience that guests rave about. Please note this is on a fixed-term contract. (CDD)

Zuma is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection, inspired by the dynamic Izakaya dining style. This role will be based in Zuma Cannes, in the historic Palm Beach. Our luxurious year-round venue plays host to guests attending the many iconic events throughout the year. With a stunning terrace and multi-format indoor dining, Zuma Cannes is the go-to location within the South of France. Zuma is proud to be part of the Azumi restaurant collection.

Main Duties

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee banking and sales reconciliation with precision, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Maintain open communication between Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH), facilitating payroll preparation and daily reconciliations.
  • Ensure employee files are up-to-date, manage Fourth accounts, and assist with Right to Work compliance and other lifecycle processes.
  • Partner with the People team on ER matters, including investigations and note-taking, while addressing guest complaints professionally.
  • Conduct inventory checks, manage external service contracts, and ensure maintenance issues are resolved promptly to uphold Zuma’s high standards.
  • Identify and resolve errors, review petty cash, voids, and promo reports, while managing purchase orders.
