Job Description:

The Heat Transfer in Products and Systems group is looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual, ready to take on the challenges associated with the development of sustainable products and services for the construction, mobility, and industrial markets. You will join an R&D team of 20 people specialized in heat and mass transfer, building physics and metrology.

You will work on the development of materials, products, and systems within the framework of innovation projects carried out for different business units of Saint-Gobain.

In this context, your main missions will be as follows:

• Develop and offer to your clients a relevant scientific approach to effectively address the issues identified, pragmatically combining theoretical, numerical, and experimental work.
• Conduct the R&D projects entrusted to you in an efficient and rigorous manner and be accountable for their quality and their completion according to the schedule agreed upon.
• Write synthetic technical reports summarising your work to capitalise on the methodology developed and the results obtained.
• Set up and supervise scientific collaborations (PhDs, post-docs) with leading academic laboratories in France and abroad.
