Job Description: DevOps Engineer

As a DevOps Engineer, you will join the team responsible for virtualization – VMWARE for the Compute Platform.

Under the supervision of your mentor and/or manager, you will:

1. Collaborate with the team on managing the DevOps infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and participate in automation (Python) and other DevOps tools (Ansible, Terraform, Splunk, NodeJS, Oracle DB, GRAFANA, Prometheus, etc.).
2. Participate in Agile ceremonies following Kanban/Scrum models.
3. Work with the team in India and manage JIRA automation tickets.
4. Complete necessary training in virtualization infrastructure (VMWARE).

• You are pursuing a Bac +4 / +5 degree in Engineering or University with a specialization in computer science.
• Ideally, you have some programming experience, which would be a plus!
• You are comfortable with multiple tech stacks such as Python, DevOps Tools CI/CD, Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, Grafana, GitHub Actions.
• You have experience with Agile practices and/or implementing Scrum, Kanban, automated testing, and are familiar with various design patterns.
• You have experience with Cloud Infrastructure Solutions involving Compute, Storage, and understand Network concepts.
• You have worked with Kubernetes, using HELM for application maintenance.
• You are pedagogical, attentive, and enjoy teamwork.
• You are ready to support infrastructure by managing VMware virtualization and assisting in automation and support activities.
• You are fluent in English! You are our ideal candidate!
