Trimble is recruiting for a Customer Support Professional to fill an opportunity in Villeneuve-d’Ascq in France.
Job Summary
As a Customer Support you act as a point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for supporting with technical related problems, providing answers to questions from customers regarding use and trouble-shooting and solving issues related to our applications, usually over the phone and e-mails, so as to avoid interruption in customer’s daily work process, thus becoming a specialist in our products with a focus on quality of services. You will be working alongside the other members of the team.
