Qualifications

• Expérience dans le domaine médical, dispositifs médicaux ou environnement chirurgical.
• Maîtrise du français, à l'écrit et à l'oral.

Responsabilités

• Fournir une assistance technique et clinique aux équipes médicales pendant les procédures d'implantation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and clinical assistance to medical teams during implant procedures and follow-up, including device programming and functionality checks.
• Resolve technical issues reported on the field by sales teams or partners and assist during client presentations.
• Collaborate with sales and product managers to implement corrective actions for our products or therapies.
• Participate in clinical data collection in compliance with regulatory practices.
• Contribute to training development and conduct training sessions for internal teams and clients, including preparing training materials.
• Plan clinical, technical, and training programs, prioritizing tasks according to strategic needs and feedback from sales and other teams.
• Assist in stock management using Medtronic tools.

Required Skills and Experience

• Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or higher commercial education.
• Experience in the medical field, medical devices, surgical instrumentation, or hospital surgical environment.
• Fluent in French, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix organization with multidisciplinary teams.
• Autonomous project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Rigorous, precise, results-oriented, and performance-driven.
• Proficient with computer tools.
• Valid driver's license; willingness to travel within the region.
