Today, you have the opportunity to join the world’s largest Medical Devices company and participate in this daily challenge. By joining our teams, you will be at the heart of our values!

As a Technical Consultant within the Pelvic Health Gastric Operating Unit of the Neuromodulation range, you will provide technical support, clinical assistance, and ongoing high-quality training to Medtronic therapy clients, in areas such as pelvic static (implants and programming). The portfolio mainly covers the Brittany and Pays de la Loire regions. Ideally, you are based in Nantes or willing to relocate there. The role involves significant travel due to its itinerant nature.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
  • Providing technical and clinical assistance to medical teams during implant procedures (device setup, operation checks) and afterwards, enhancing their knowledge of our products.
  • Resolving technical issues on the field reported by the sales team or partners and supporting sales presentations.
  • Collaborating with sales and product managers to implement corrective actions for our products or therapies.
  • Participating in clinical study data collection, adhering to regulatory practices.
  • Contributing to training development and internal and client team skill enhancement (preparing training materials, planning, organizing, and delivering training).
  • Planning clinical, technical, and training programs, prioritizing activities based on feedback from sales and other teams, aligned with strategic plans.
  • Managing stock levels using Medtronic tools.
Required Knowledge and Experience
  • Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or higher commercial training.
  • First experience in the medical field (medical devices, instrumentation, surgical environment).
  • Fluent in French, both written and spoken.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively within a matrix structure and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Autonomous project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Rigor, precision, results-oriented, and performance-driven.
