The Coronary & RDN (CRDN) activities are part of the Cardiovascular portfolio. Our clients are clinical and non-clinical professionals, mainly in interventional cardiology, including cardiologists, operating room managers, cardiac catheterization laboratories, specialized nurses, and purchasing managers. Our product, CathWorks (CWX), is an innovative solution that creates a 3D model or coronary tree from angiograms, enabling non-invasive assessment of vascular lesions without a device.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and implement initial training on the CWX suite, including demonstrations, face-to-face theoretical training, guiding users during initial procedures, and follow-up training for new or existing users, especially regarding new tools or features.
  • Promote adoption of CWX during the initial phase post-installation and training, working closely with the local sales representative.
  • Assist local sales resources in delivering in-depth product presentations and demonstration cases to target accounts.
  • Train local sales representatives through real case and demonstration training to certify their proficient use of the technology.
  • Educate and inform medical staff and administrative personnel on technical aspects through individual training sessions, continuous education programs, seminars, and external symposiums, including training the trainer programs.
  • Monitor and measure the execution of activities at accounts in coordination with local sales teams and headquarters.
Required Knowledge and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, nursing, biology, or other life sciences, with at least 6 years of professional experience in healthcare, field sales, or a field requiring advanced knowledge of mathematics, mechanics, sciences, or IT.
  • Deep knowledge of medical terminology, medical procedures, the medical device sector, angiograms, and heart anatomy.
  • Strong project management skills and experience coordinating and executing marketing programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships across all organizational levels.
