How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Join iNOsystems, a subsidiary of Air Liquide Medical Systems!

You will join iNOsystems, a start-up spirit subsidiary of ALMS, responsible for producing new gas distribution machines.

As an application engineer within iNOsystems, you will operate for iNOsystems and other Medgaz subsidiaries, with dual responsibilities. You will be the technical reference for the Sokinox medical device and support its lifecycle, assisting R&D, quality/regulatory affairs, and Business Development teams. You will interface with internal technical experts (iNOsystems and WBL) and other suppliers. You will train clients, especially during new version launches or events (conferences, tenders). You will monitor demonstration equipment and test sites.

Main missions and responsibilities include:
  • Providing technical interface internally and externally, including collecting information from distributor experts to identify malfunctions, ensuring product performance, and participating in continuous improvement of the medical device while maintaining market feasibility in France.

Training and instructing:

  • Training staff on products and certifying some to train their clients;
  • Organizing installations during testing and implementation phases;
  • Supporting after-sales support with client training materials and adapting training supports in French;
  • Supporting customer requests as an expert.

Support for tenders:

  • Contributing technical expertise to tender responses;
  • Managing loan/demonstration contracts and logistics.

Post-market clinical follow-up activities:

  • Monitoring data collection on device performance and safety in France and Europe;
  • Participating in medical device vigilance with regulatory affairs.

Market evolution monitoring:

  • Technical, scientific, and competitive intelligence;
  • Participation in national and international conferences;
  • Contributing to technological development discussions.
Are you a Match?
  • Holding a Bac+5 biomedical engineering degree with initial experience in medical device design and development, especially in ventilation;
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards related to medical devices;
  • Experience in biomedical equipment demonstration;
  • Good communication skills, listening skills, and ability to manage priorities;
  • Customer orientation and service-mindedness;
  • Recognized pedagogy, empathy, and team development skills;
  • Ability to anticipate and adapt to changing environments;
  • Advanced English level required.

Frequent travel is expected.
