Job Description:

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Attached to the Department of Environment and Natural Resources Management, you will participate in the development of the department's activities in areas such as environmental assessment, water management, waste management, biodiversity protection, and climate change mitigation. Projects are implemented in support of public institutions and donors, mainly in Africa and Asia. Main tasks include:

• Managing projects in the above fields (technical oversight of services, deadline and cost management, client and donor relations).
• Preparing service offers (technical and financial), including writing methodologies.
• Monitoring projects in preparation.

Frequent travel is expected.

Qualifications:

• Degree: Bac + 5 (Engineer or university), with specialization in water, environment, climate change, or biodiversity preservation.
• Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in a consulting firm.
• Field experience, in short or long-term missions on similar projects in Africa or Asia, is a plus.
• Knowledge of projects funded by donors.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) and French (native or fluent). Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
• Excellent proficiency in office tools; knowledge of GIS software is a plus.
