ACU-Serve seeks an Infusion Quality Assurance Analyst to perform quality reviews for pre-pay and post-pay audits and for orders prior to delivery. The role ensures compliance with established guidelines and educates staff on policy changes to improve accuracy and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has infusion experience, familiarity with Medicare LCD requirements, and strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and payors across the organization.

Qualifications

• Infusion experience is required.
• RN or LPN preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of payor requirements for billing, auditing, and contracting with Medicare LCD background.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strong business partnerships with payors.
• Work closely with other internal customers.

Responsabilités

• Perform quality reviews for Pre-Pay and Post-Pay audits and orders prior to delivery or confirmation.
• Follow defined audit processes to monitor quality, consistency and effectiveness.
• Keep current on new coding and billing guidelines, federal and state initiatives.
• Educate other departments on changes to regulations as necessary.
• Coordinate recoupment efforts due to billing errors and overpayments.
• Prepare summaries for management of quality review results and deficiencies.
