The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of relevant experience, exceptional analytical skills, and fluency in both French and English. This hybrid role involves structuring and executing financial transactions, coordinating project execution, and engaging in business development activities.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of work experience in Infrastructure, Energy, Project Finance and/or M&A.
• Exceptional analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Fluency in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Take an active role in the structuring and execution of transactions/projects.
• Coordinate daily execution, including financial modelling and documentation.
• Develop presentations and reports for debt raising process.
• Manage overall deal process on live transactions/projects.
• Originate financial advisory mandates and participate in marketing activities.
