We are seeking an IT Support & Infrastructure Refresh Engineer to join our team at a client’s facility in Combourg, Brittany, France. This is a six-month contract with potential for permanent employment.

Responsibilities include providing technical support to end users for desktop computers, applications, and related technology, interacting with end users, managers, VIPs, and technical staff. Support involves specification, installation, testing of computer systems and peripherals, software installation and reconfiguration, IMAC functions, prioritizing support requests via ServiceNow, and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications include an IT diploma, 2-3 years of experience in IT support or maintenance, strong user support skills, understanding of IT services, proficiency in Microsoft OS installation and troubleshooting, desktop repair skills, excellent customer service orientation, fluency in French, and good technical English. Candidates should be able to communicate effectively in both French and English with teams in France, Poland, and India.
