Alstom is seeking an Infrastructure Maintenance Project Manager in Saint-Ouen to lead and oversee maintenance projects, collaborating with construction, operations, procurement, and quality teams to ensure high-quality delivery. You will establish maintenance strategies, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement while conforming to ISO standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
Experience or understanding of infrastructure maintenance and project management.
Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001) and safety regulations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilités

Lead and oversee the execution of maintenance projects with cross-functional teams.
Define maintenance strategies and ensure contractual performance targets.
Manage risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee handover from construction to maintenance and address warranty issues.
Lead work package reviews, gate reviews, and project-level decisions.
Ensure ISO standards and safety compliance.
