We are looking for an IT Support & Infrastructure Refresh Engineer to join our team at a client’s facility in Combourg, Brittany, France. This role is offered as a six-month contract with the potential to transition into a permanent position.

Responsibilities include providing technical support to end users (administrative and operations employees) for desktop computers, applications, and related technology. Interaction with multiple levels of end users, managers, VIPs, and technical staff is required.

Support includes specification, installation, and testing of computer systems and peripherals according to established standards and rules. Installing, configuring, reconfiguring, or reinstalling software, including remote installation, is required. The role also involves IMAC functions, prioritizing support requests using the "Service Now" ticketing system, and training internal teams on hardware and software usage.

Qualifications include an IT diploma, 2-3 years of experience as an IT support/maintenance technician, good user support skills, and a solid understanding of general IT services. Strong Microsoft OS installation and troubleshooting skills, desktop and workstation repair skills, and excellent customer service orientation are essential.

Fluent in French and proficient in technical English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages with teams in France, Poland, and India. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French are required.
