Une entreprise de renommée cherche un Architecte Réseau senior pour rejoindre son équipe Infrastructure & Operations. Ce rôle clé impliquera la conception, la sécurité et l'amélioration des infrastructures réseau, en travaillant avec plusieurs équipes pour assurer des solutions robustes et évolutives. Les candidats doivent avoir au moins 8 ans d'expérience dans des environnements similaires et une expertise prouvée en technologies réseau et en sécurité.

• Concevoir et faire évoluer des solutions réseau pour soutenir la croissance et les avancées technologiques.
• Assurer que toutes les architectures réseau respectent les normes de sécurité.
• Fournir un support technique de niveau 3 pour les incidents réseau critiques.

Description du poste

• Position : Network Architect (Infrastructure & Operations) - Contract : 6 months renewable - Location : France (2 to 3 days on site) near Paris As a Senior Network Architect within the IT Infrastructure and Operations (I&O) team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, evolving, and securing the organization’s network infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, IT Architects, Developers, and Operations Engineers to ensure that network solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business needs and security requirements. Key Responsibilities 1. Network Architecture Design & Evolution Design and Evolve : Architect and continuously improve network solutions (WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, IoT) to support business growth and technological advancements. Compliance : Ensure all network designs comply with internal and external security standards. Innovation : Lead the integration of new technologies and innovations, aligning network strategies with business objectives. 2. Security & Compliance Security Oversight : Guarantee that all network architectures adhere to security policies defined by the CISO, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation. Continuous Monitoring : Monitor and assess network security, proposing improvements and adjustments as needed. 3. Technical Support & Expertise Level 3 Support : Provide expert support for critical network incidents, ensuring rapid and effective resolution. Root Cause Analysis : Lead root cause analysis (RCA) of network issues and develop improvement plans. Technical Guidance : Offer expert advice and guidance to resolve complex networking challenges. 4. Coordination & Technical Oversight Collaboration : Work with Service Owners, Project Managers, and technical teams to ensure network solutions are deployed according to design specifications. Technical Validation : Provide technical validation for projects, ensuring all aspects of network deployment meet performance, security, and operational requirements. Governance Participation : Participate in security governance committees as the network expert, ensuring all designs meet security and compliance guidelines. 5. Risk & Impact Management Risk Identification : Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to network deployment and ongoing operations. Change Management : Manage the lifecycle of network-related changes, ensuring they are tested and documented. 6. Continuous Improvement & Innovation Performance Optimization : Continuously assess and improve network performance, scalability, and reliability by integrating best practices and industry innovations. Research : Conduct ongoing research to keep the network architecture aligned with emerging technologies and evolving business needs. 7. Documentation & Knowledge Transfer Technical Documentation : Create, maintain, and update technical documentation related to network architecture and configurations. Knowledge Sharing : Lead knowledge transfer sessions with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure smooth transitions to operational support. Experience Required At least 8 years of experience in network architecture and design. Deep understanding of WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, IoT, and network security technologies (load-balancer, firewalls, VPN, segmentation). Proven expertise in security frameworks and compliance, with a strong focus on ensuring network solutions meet security policies defined by the CISO. Familiarity with ITIL methodologies (ideally ITILv4), and experience with network monitoring tools and managing critical incidents. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to implement network solutions. Required Skills Strong expertise in network technologies ( WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, IoT ). Advanced knowledge of network security technologies (firewalls, VPN, segmentation). Familiarity with network monitoring tools and ITIL processes. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex technical information. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across various teams and vendors.
