What you’ll do :

• Lead a high-performing internal development team across all major technical initiatives
• Architect and evolve a robust, scalable systems & data landscape
• Ensure 24 / 7 system reliability
• Champion best practices across SDLC and keep documentation sharp
• Coach and mentor both team members and stakeholders in modern tools & methods
• Partner with IT and business leaders to turn complex needs into clever, value-driven solutions
• Collaborate with top-tier vendors to keep key systems like ERP, QMS & PLM running smoothly

What You Bring :

• Hands-on leadership experience in tech development within the Medical Device or advanced manufacturing space
• Expertise architecting and designing new and current systems.
• Proven track record of leading support teams in maintaining applications for a global, 24 / 7 operational business.
• Comprehensive expertise in Azure, Java, and API integration.
• Extensive experience in vendor management, particularly with ERP, QMS, and PLM systems.
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on coaching and developing team members.
