KNAUF INDUSTRIES is looking for an Information Security Officer.

Responsible for IT risk management for the entire Knauf Industries division, you will guarantee the security of information systems and the protection of sensitive data against cyber-attacks. This position, at the crossroads of technology and strategic challenges, requires a long-term vision and the ability to anticipate emerging risks.

What you will be doing:

1. Implement the Group's security strategy.
2. Develop and maintain information security rules, controls and procedures within Knauf Industries.
3. Be the main contact for information security issues, raising awareness and training teams.
4. Implement and maintain the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and the Information Risk Management System (ISRM).
5. Draw up and update local information security regulations.
6. Ensure compliance with internal and external information security regulatory requirements and coordinate local information security audits and assessments.
7. Lead and advise on the implementation of information security controls.
8. Report regularly to management and the Knauf Group on the current situation and potential incidents.

The profile we are looking for:

You have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in IT, cybersecurity, or information systems, and more than 7 years of experience in similar roles. You are familiar with security standards and have a good understanding of business processes. You are able to anticipate and react quickly in case of security incidents. Given the strategic importance of cybersecurity, the ISO must be able to simplify technical subjects and present them in a manner comprehensible at all organizational levels. Your leadership and communication skills will be essential. You are fluent in English (B2/C1) and can lead discussions on complex subjects (technical English). German is a plus.
