We are looking for a Graduate Environmental & Quality Coordinator based in Courbevoie (France).

Our program is a 12-month journey designed specifically for graduates who completed their education not more than 2 years ago and are seeking practical learning opportunities. We provide a platform to work with experienced mentors to accelerate and establish a solid foundation to build and grow your career at Arrow. During the program, you will learn on-the-job, improve professional and soft skills, and meet with experts across the business. What you should expect from the role:

Arrow believes the best way to learn is by fully integrating you into the business and giving you accountability for your tasks. Throughout the program, you will also complete assignments to apply your learning and work alongside highly specialized experts on:

• Environmental and Quality management: Support certification audits (ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, etc. across EMEA), track action plan implementation, coordinate carbon footprint assessments, assist in defining and executing carbon reduction initiatives, and maintain dashboards.
• Environmental sustainability initiatives: Promote eco-responsible practices, collaborate to optimize processes, and minimize emissions and waste.
• Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Contribute to client tenders/RFIs, promote policies among staff, and prepare reports on actions and projects.

Requirements :

• You must have the legal right to work in France.
• You have obtained or will obtain a Master’s degree in Quality & Environment-related studies in 2024 or within the last 2 years.
• Business fluent in French and English (oral & written).
• Flexible and geographically mobile.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Rigorous, autonomous, organized, with good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
