Our Mondeville site, a production and R&D center, develops sensors dedicated to controlling combustion engines and regulating air intake. We are seeking a workplace health nurse (infirmier en santé au travail) for this site.

Niveau 1:

1. Monitor employee health records in close collaboration with the occupational physician, including conducting medical visits delegated by the physician.
2. Provide first aid in case of incidents or accidents and manage administrative tasks related to occupational accidents and illnesses.
3. Propose improvements to enhance workplace health.
4. Participate in improving working conditions within the company.
5. Engage in various ergonomic and prevention improvement workgroups.
6. Contribute to prevention initiatives such as CSSCT.
7. Oversee the distribution of personal protective equipment and workwear.
8. Manage the infirmary, including ordering medical supplies, maintaining pharmacy stock, and handling waste disposal from the occupational health service.

Niveau 2:

1. Serve as the site’s disability referent, managing budgets, preparing AGEFIPH files, following up on employees with disabilities, participating in DOETH, organizing events, and communicating about disability issues.
2. Support the HSE team as a trainer on health and safety topics such as ergonomics and safety practices.

You hold a diploma in Occupational Health Nursing and have significant professional experience in this field.
