Join the CICAT 15 Medical Center, specializing in chronic wounds and healing, as an Infirmier(e) with DU in Wound Care and Cicatrization. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing medical and paramedical care across multiple sites in collaboration with referring physicians.
2. Developing partnerships with healthcare providers such as PROTHEKA, UNIVAIR SANTE, BONY ORTHOPEDIE, PROTEOR, BOUCHAREN, etc.
3. Organizing home care in close cooperation with freelance nurses, HAD, social workers, general practitioners, specialists, and families.
4. Participating in medical project development and scientific presentations for various healthcare audiences.
5. Organizing informational meetings and training sessions.
6. Expanding teleconsultation practices with EHPAD, specialized care homes, and independent nurses.
7. Traveling for training, conferences, workshops, DU courses, and open days.
8. Maintaining activity dashboards and statistics.
9. Furthering theoretical and practical knowledge through DU training in wound care, with potential progression to advanced practice roles.

Mobility requirements: Working across multiple sites including AURILLAC, ESPALION, FIGEAC, ST PRIVAT, ST CERE, ARGENTAT, ST FLOUR.

Key duties include:

• Scheduling appointments, hospitalizations, and operating room bookings.
• Assisting with patient reception and phone inquiries.
• Changing dressings and managing prescriptions related to patient care.
• Drafting consultation reports and updating patient records for partners.
• Writing medical and paramedical reports post-treatment.
• Ordering supplies and engaging with medical representatives for presentations and training sessions.

Training provided: On-site, during travel, at conferences, and meetings. Support for obtaining DU in wound care if not already certified.

Contract: CDI, 35 hours/week, day shifts, with professional travel required. Salary based on experience and qualifications.

Candidate profile:

• Beginner accepted; 2-5 years of experience preferred.
• Bac+3 or Bac+4 in Nursing; DU in Wound Care and Cicatrization is essential.

Skills required:

• Excellent spelling and professional social network knowledge.
• Proficiency in IT tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet.
• Ability to organize care plans, perform nursing care, and monitor patient health.
