Qualifications

• 7-10 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet dans le secteur des services et du conseil.
• Certification PMP pour Chef de Projet.
• Expérience de préférence dans les secteurs ferroviaire, automobile, fabrication.

Responsabilités

• Créer et gérer le plan et la portée du projet tout au long du cycle de vie.
• Gérer et fournir des conseils à l'équipe de projet.
• Conduire toutes les activités associées pour garantir qualité et respect des délais.

Job Description:

We are looking for a new Project Manager for our projects with strategic clients located in Milan metropolitan area.

The mission of the Project Manager is to ensure the successful completion of a customer project to deliver committed value and guarantee customer satisfaction, performance of the activities on Time, on Quality and on Budget.

Role & Responsibilities

• Create and manage project plan and scope throughout the lifecycle of the IT customer project
• Manage and provide guidance to the project team, establishing a strong team spirit
• Provide support during presales as such as assessing program needs, planning, staffing and risk management.
• Lead and contribute to statement of work content definition for the program, complying with Value Engagement SOW standards
• Drive all associated activities & resources to guarantee the committed quality, margin and scheduling criteria
• Ensure maximum reuse of existing Best Practices, and create new one
• Establish appropriate actions and plans to guarantee Confidentiality and IP protection
• Optimize resource utilization on the scope of the project meantime ensuring life balance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’ Degree in Engineering or related field
• At least 7-10 years’ experience in Project Management activities within Service & Consulting field
• Preferably Experience in Railways, Automotive, Manufacturing sector
• PMP Certification for Project Manager
• Strong experience on customer relationship management and managing budgets
• Perform resource planning and IT projects delivery experiences
• Patient and understanding in all customer interactions (from key users to C-Level communication)
• Organization skills to be able to drive / Coordinate group of people and group of related projects and program activities
• Able to solve problems and advise client on technical possibilities
• Multiple language skills proficiency (Italian and English fluent)
