Carpenter is seeking a senior leader to oversee Methods & Industrialization, coordinating a ~10-person team and supporting sales in IS & Specialties markets. You will coordinate with the European SID Centre and maintain a strong interface with customers.

The role requires extensive experience in a technical environment, SAP ERP proficiency, and fluent English, with on-site expectations in France. You will drive organization, autonomy, and reactivity in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Ten years minimum in a technical environment.
• Experience with SAP ERP systems.
• Management of a ~10-person team.
• Fluent in English.

• Plays a key role in the interface with customers

Our requirements for you:

• 10 years minimum or equivalent in a technical environment (transportation field is a plus)
• Experience on ERP system (SAP)
• Strong experience in Team Management and co-ordination of sales and industrialization activities (team of around 10 people)
• Sense of service, autonomy, reactivity, rigor and organization, discrecy and diplomacy
• English fluent
