Your Responsibilities and Missions

Working in close collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team, you will be in charge of the contribution to industrialization and continuous improvement initiatives:

• Carrying out production transfer assignments to other suppliers
• Listening to and implementing requests for improvements made by teams
• Reporting to your manager
• Improving manufacturing and assembly processes and reducing the cost of parts through various strategies (changing suppliers, improving design, etc.)

Your Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communicator with a strong team spirit and a developed sense of autonomy
• Rigorous and sensitive to quality and performance standards
• Mechanical and/or electrical skills and a desire to develop project management
• Ability to read and modify mechanical or electrical drawings
• Knowledge of ERP
• Ability to integrate economic data
• Organisational and planning skills
• Ability to confront production objectives
• Analytical skills
