Une entreprise innovante dans le secteur aérospatial recherche un directeur pour diriger les activités industrielles et de la chaîne d'approvisionnement. Dans ce rôle clé, vous serez responsable de la mise en place de la stratégie d'industrialisation et de la gestion de l'équipe dédiée. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le comité exécutif et le PDG pour garantir que les produits soient livrés à temps, dans les limites du budget et de la qualité. Si vous avez une solide expérience dans l'industrialisation et une passion pour le secteur aérospatial, cette opportunité est faite pour vous.

Qualifications

• 15+ ans d'expérience en production, industrialisation et chaîne d'approvisionnement.
• Expérience avérée dans la mise en place de nouvelles lignes d'assemblage final.

Description du poste

You will be responsible for leading industrial and supply chain activities of the company. You will ensure the company reaches the maturity milestones to produce and sell its product according to its business plan. As Director, you will integrate the Executive Committee of the company and report directly to the CEO. Your interfaces will be both internal and external to drive the following activities:

Key Responsibilities

1. Define the industrialisation strategy of the company.
2. Set up the supply chain to support the Ascendance product development & production.
3. Deliver all the product and prototypes on time, on quality, and on cost.
4. Lead the FAL project to deliver both products ATEA & STERNA.
5. Manage the Industrial & Supply Chain team.
6. Monitor the production cost objective and closely work on the design to cost activity with the Engineering & Programme functions.
7. Get the POA accreditation from EASA.

Qualifications

1. You have 15 years or more of experience in production, industrialisation, and supply chain.
2. You acquired a proven experience in setting up new Final Assembly Line.
3. You developed good knowledge of industrial processes.
4. You demonstrated the ability to manage international production teams (technicians, operators, and engineers).
5. You experienced Aerospace standards.
6. You are reliable, accountable, and autonomous in setting your priorities.
7. You have excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in French and English to effectively convey ideas and information to various stakeholders and teams.
8. You are organized, solution-oriented, easy to talk to, and have the ability to coordinate projects.
9. You know how to have a global vision to ensure a step-by-step follow-up and anticipate expectations.
