Qualifikationen

• Experience in new business development within industrial or service sales.
• Strong consultative / solution-selling capabilities.
• Proactive, structured approach with drive and initiative.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to visit customers.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.

• Identify, qualify, and secure new high-value service business opportunities.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities in C4C.
• Engage customers to position value-based service solutions.
• Map organisations to identify decision-makers and influencers.
• Develop structured account and opportunity plans to replicate successful solutions.
• Guide opportunities from discovery through to closure.
• Ensure a smooth transition into delivery and identify follow-on opportunities for lifetime value.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, service delivery, and partners.
• Maintain clear pipeline discipline, forecasting, and reporting.
