Could you be the full-time Industrial Quality Manager (f/m/d) in Villeneuve we’re looking for?
In Villeneuve, over 250 colleagues from 15 different countries work together to manufacture and maintain multiple units, locomotives, trams, and passenger cars from Switzerland and other European countries. Our product line Services offers a complete range of solutions to maximise the value of customer assets. Our offerings cover the entire lifecycle of the asset, from design and build, to operation, to end of life. Take on a new challenge and apply your managerial expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Békir KÖKCÜ, Site Quality Director and work alongside proactive and agile teammates.
You'll be the reference for maintenance teams regarding daily technical and process issues, supplier quality issues, and related improvement actions. You’ll drive the Project team and process owners in managing internal non-conformities, contribute to improvement plans, process reviews, and reduce non-conformities.
You’ll specifically manage internal quality issues by developing quality control plans for maintenance, equipment revision, overhauls, trains, and procedures based on FMEA and field returns. You will also perform cost of non-quality analysis in maintenance activities and define actions to reduce costs of non-quality.
