Project Value Delivery is looking for a planning engineer for capital projects with 3-5 years of actual project experience in owner or EPC contractor teams to join its expert team.
Project Value Delivery is part of the Archery Consulting group and is a specialised consultancy focused on empowering organisations to be reliably successful in large complex industrial projects. Our clients are in multiple industries: oil & gas, mining, renewable energy, nuclear, rail transportation, etc. We work globally from our basis in France and Singapore.
As a consultant, the candidate will participate to missions to support our owner and contractor clients in multiple industries and locations: project risk assessments, independent project reviews, organisational transformation around project management, implementation of project management and project control information systems etc.
Opportunities will be for professional development in other areas of project control and project management, and the possibility to develop as a project manager leading wider work with clients.
We do not provide personnel for operational positions in our client project teams: the work will be on strategic and managerial issues, often for several clients in parallel. The candidate will be part of our small expert team, working as part of a consulting team under a more experienced project manager.
The position is based in Paris, frequent travels in France and sometimes globally can be expected. Work will be hybrid, and can be face-to-face with client in their offices or project sites.
In addition to the usual scheduling tools (Primavera, Microsoft Project) and office tools, the candidate must be fluent in English, French and preferably one more language. Candidates must be aware that report, presentation or process writing is a significant part of the work and confortable with this activity.
