Job summary

Air Liquide seeks a trainee to join the corporate Process Risk Management team in Paris, focusing on data management and process safety improvements. The role involves developing a tool to monitor Safety-Critical Elements and generating test reports for high-pressure safety loops within the group.

You will help test and refine the tool, configure it for the Group, and draft a user guide tailored to Air Liquide.

Qualifications

• Bac+3 to Bac+5 with an industrial background and a strong interest in data management and safety.
• Languages: French and English, written, reading and spoken.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize.
• Good verbal and written communication and ability to build trust with project stakeholders.
• Open and curious to quickly understand the Group organization.
• Knowledge about SCADA would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the effective management of process safety in operations and contribute to safety and environmental performance improvements.
• Lead the process safety community by providing standards, guidelines, training, tools, and methods for affiliates, and share lessons learned.
