This position involves designing and executing microbiology experiments, leading R&D initiatives, and collaborating with data science and hardware teams. Candidates should hold a PhD or Master’s in microbiology or biotechnology, have 3+ years of R&D experience, and be proficient in bacterial culture techniques and microbiological assays. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on R&D experience in an industrial or applied research environment.
• Experience in food, pharma, or industrial biotech environments highly advantageous.
• Proactive, autonomous, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
