Job summary

ThrustMe, a fast-growing space tech company in France, is seeking an Industrial Financial Controller to join the Finance team. You will drive monthly financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control in a high-velocity scale-up environment, partnering with the CFO and cross-functional teams.

You will own reporting accuracy, P&L and balance sheet integrity, and support strategic finance initiatives including cost optimization and governance in an international context.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and improve monthly financial reporting and management accounts.
• Coordinate monthly closing process with the Accountant.
• Monitor revenue recognition, project accounting and cost allocation.
• Develop financial models to support operational and investment decisions.
• Implement cost tracking for industrial operations and KPI dashboards.
• Protect and improve internal controls and procurement process governance.
