Tata Technologies in Toulouse, France, is seeking an Industrial Environmental Engineer to support environmental compliance and sustainability across manufacturing operations.

You will lead environmental projects, ensure site adherence to regulations, provide expertise on metal surface treatment, and assist with interpreting and applying BREF 2027 rules, governance reports, and regulatory audits.

This role collaborates with production, engineering and EHS teams to drive measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of environmental regulations within industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Experience with metal surface treatment processes.
• Understanding of BREF 2027 requirements and best practices.
• Experience ensuring manufacturing site compliance with environmental legislation.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate environmental compliance and improvement projects.
• Ensure manufacturing site adherence to applicable environmental regulations and standards.
• Provide expertise on surface treatment of metals and associated environmental requirements.
• Support the implementation and interpretation of BREF 2027 rules and guidelines.
• Conduct environmental risk assessments and identify compliance gaps.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, EHS, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Prepare environmental governance reports and support regulatory audits and inspections.
