Job summary

L’Oréal Groupe is offering a 6‑month internship in Industrial Development starting July 2026 for Master 1/2 engineering students. You will contribute to product development, decorations, and cross‑functional collaboration with marketing, laboratories, and purchasing to optimize processes and costs.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English and French, analytically strong, proactive, and able to work in a team within a production environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Master 1 or Master 2 program in engineering at a school or university.
• Fluent in both English and French.
• Strong analytical and practical mindset, rigorous, results‑oriented with excellent technical problem‑solving skills.
• Proactive, curious about industrial innovation, and able to work in a team within a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Participating in the development of new products and renovations of existing ones.
• Participating in the development of new decorations (colors, graphic chain, etc.).
• Coordinating with Marketing, formulation laboratories, Packaging, Purchasing, Plants, and other stakeholders.
• Thinking differently and innovating to bring high added value to product design.
• Ensuring compliance with product definition, cost, timing, and environmental impact for launches.
• Leading cross-functional projects (value analysis, optimization of operational processes and the graphic chain).
• Innovating and pushing boundaries to leave your mark on this internship.
