Nexans France - Puteaux (Lightwell) is seeking an Industrial data & performance specialist to own analytics domains across industrial data platforms, dashboards, and data products. This full-time junior professional role focuses on turning operational data into actionable insights, supporting digital transformation initiatives across sites.

You will collaborate with Core IT, site teams, and performance leaders, ensuring data quality, governance, and adoption of analytics tools like Power BI,

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial data or manufacturing analytics.
• Understand data flows from shop floor to data lake.
• Strong analytical skills translating data into insights.
• Interface across operations, performance teams and IT/digital.
• Proactive, structured, and collaborative with good communication.
• Ability to onboard diverse stakeholders to drive adoption of data tools.
• Hands-on with Historian, MES, SCADA and data visualization tools.
• Languages: Fluent in English; other languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Act as SME for industrial data platforms including Historian and Databricks.
• Stabilize and promote adoption of data applications with cross‑department support.
• Own data quality, governance and documentation for industrial performance data.
• Maintain dashboards aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with ERP and Supply Chain to identify data visualization opportunities.
• Analyze operational data to identify performance improvements.
• Translate challenges into KPIs and use cases.
• Design and deploy standardized dashboards and analytics tools.
• Onboard users and provide training on data tools.
